1. Presentation
e-Manager™ is the mobile extension of the e-Colibri™ carsharing solution.
Designed to provide an optimum mobility experience, it serves as a genuine mobility assistant.
From this mobile application, available on Android and iOs, it takes users just a few seconds to reserve a vehicle, extend their reservations, display the geolocation of nearby stations, produce a condition report of the reserved vehicle or even lock and unlock doors via our e-Access module.
2. New reservation
To access the New Reservation screen, the subscriber must click the dedicated tile clearly displayed on the home page of the mobile application.
Once this screen is displayed, the user must complete several information fields to ensure that the system proposes vehicles available for reservation:
–Choice of contract: this predominantly enables the user to choose whether this reservation is based on a professional contract related to their use during work hours or, if applicable, their personal contract which can be used at evenings and weekends.
– Choice of formula: The formula is selected automatically according to the choice of contract.
– Choice of reservation start and end dates: this enables the user to enter the time slot in which they wish to reserve a shared vehicle. A timetable is automatically displayed to facilitate the selection.
– Station: By default, the station on display will be chosen as the preferred station of the user in their subscriber account. They can change it if necessary. By clicking the address, they will access the station map or a comprehensive list from which they can select the reference address for their new reservation. If the chosen station has available vehicles, the user will be redirected to the new reservation screen. Otherwise, they must select a new time slot from the timeline page of vehicles present on the selected site.

3. e-Access functionalities
Activated on the dashboard of the application 30 minutes before the theoretical beginning of the reservation, e-Access gives access to numerous functionnalities.
3.1 Extending a reservation
In the e-Access module, users can also extend the upcoming effective reservation. They can simply adjust their return time or, in the event of unforeseen circumstances, choose to change the date.
When the new period has been chosen, a confirmation message will appear to confirm the change to the reservation. If the reservation is based on a personal contract, any additional cost will be displayed to users.
3.2 Producing the vehicle condition reports
In the event that the vehicle is affected by any faults, to ensure that information is reported to the manager in a timelier manner, the user must produce a vehicle condition report at the start and end of the reservation.
The user will therefore have access to a record of any faults that have affected the vehicle and may, if necessary, add a new fault for the information of the manager. The user may photograph the damage and indicate its location on the vehicle directly via the mobile application interface.
At the end of the reservation, an end-of-reservation vehicle condition report will be requested: in this case, the user will be required merely to declare whether or not the vehicle is affected by any additional fault, before releasing the vehicle for use by other users.
2.3 Route
The route page allows users to mark out the route to the station at which the vehicle reserved from their current location.

2.4 Unlocking and locking the vehicle’s doors
Opening and closing the vehicle doors is part of the main functionalities of the e-Access module. As an alternative to using the personal card, all users have to do is go to the reserved vehicle, access the e-Manager™ e-Access page and click the corresponding icon.
Nb. Error messages may appear if the users have not correctly returned the vehicle. For instance, if the keys have been left on the contract or if the key box does not contain all the cards present at the start of the reservation.
